摘要
目的:分析我院转化糖电解质注射液临床使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,随机抽取我院2019年10月–2020年10月住院患者使用转化糖电解质注射液的病历430份,提取相关信息,参考药品说明书、相关诊疗指南及文献资料对该药的使用情况进行综合分析。结果:抽取的430例病历中,存在不合理用药情况共计164例,不合理率38.14%。其中不合理用药最多的科室是妇产科(65例,39.63%)。共发生不合理用药206例次,主要表现在适应证不适宜(98例次,47.57%)、疗程不合理(27例次,13.11%)、存在用药禁忌(20例次,9.71%)及重复用药(38例次,18.45%)等情况。结论:我院转化糖电解质注射液的不合理用药问题较多,医院需加强转化糖电解质注射液对该药的合理使用监管,以提高该药物在临床应用中的合理性、有效性、安全性和经济性。
Objective:To analyze the clinical use of multiple electrolytes and invert sugar(MEIS)injection in our hospital,in order to provide references for clinical rational use of drugs.Methods:A total of 430 medical records of patients using MEIS injection from October 2019 to October 2020 were randomly and retrospectively selected and summarized for statistical analysis according to drug instructions,relevant guidelines and literature.Results:A total of 430 medical records were included in this study,in which MEIS injection was unreasonably used in 164 cases and the unreasonable ratio was 38.14%.MEIS injection was mostly unreasonably used in the department of gynaecology and obstetrics(65 cases,39.63%).There were 206 cases of irrational drug use,which were mainly manifested in inappropriate indications(98 cases,47.57%),unreasonable course of treatment(27 cases,13.11%),drug contraindications(20 cases,9.71%)and repeated drug use(38 cases,18.45%).Conclusion:There were many problems with the use of MEIS injection in the hospital.It is urgent to strengthen the supervision of the rational use of MEIS injection so as to improve the rationality,effectiveness,safety,and economy of drug use.
