摘要
目的分析4种抗肿瘤中药注射剂的临床应用情况,为临床合理使用抗肿瘤中药注射剂提供参考依据。方法利用医院信息系统(HIS)抽取某院2018年7月-2019年6月使用4种抗肿瘤中药注射剂的数据,运用限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDDc)、药品销售金额排序(B)/DDDs排序(A)的比值(B/A)对4种抗肿瘤中药注射剂临床使用情况进行分析,并对其临床适应证、用法用量、疗程、溶媒及联合用药等合理性进行评价。结果4种抗肿瘤中药注射剂的药品销售金额排序与DDDs排序一致,B/A比值均为1。240例患者中,不合理用药158例(65.83%),超剂量用药占10.83%,溶媒量超量占25.42%,溶媒量不足占25.00%,未出现无适应证或超适应证用药。结论4种抗肿瘤中药注射剂药品价格与患者接受程度一致,有较好的经济效益与社会效益,但在用药剂量及溶媒量的合理选择上应加强管理,促进抗肿瘤中药注射剂的合理使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical application of four anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injections,and to provide a reference for the rational use of anti-tumor TCM injections in clinical practice.Methods The application data of the four anti-tumor TCM injections in hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were searched in hospital information system(HIS),and defined daily dose(DDD),defined daily doses(DDDs),defined daily dose cost(DDDc)and the ranking of the sales amount(B)/the ranking of DDDs(A)(B/A)were used to evaluate the rationality of the clinical dosage of four anti-tumor TCM injections,and evaluate the rationality of its clinical indications,usage and dosage,course of treatment,solvent condition and combination medication.Results The ranking of the sales amount of the four anti-tumor TCM injections was consistent with the ranking of DDDs,and the B/A ratio was all 1.Among 240 patients,158 cases(65.83%)of irrational drug use,10.83%of them were overdose medications,25.42%were excessive amounts of solvents,and 25.00%were insufficient.Conclusion The prices of the four anti-tumor TCM injections are consistent with the patient′s acceptance,and they have good economic and social benefits,however,the rational choice of drug dose and diluted solvent dose should be strengthened to promote the rational use of anti-tumor TCM injections.
