摘要
肱骨干骨折主要有保守治疗、切开复位钢板内固定、经皮微创钢板内固定、髓内钉内固定、外固定支架外固定等治疗方式。骨折不愈合和桡神经损伤是肱骨干骨折的常见并发症。肱骨干骨折的最佳治疗方法目前仍存在争议,肱骨干骨折的各种治疗方法各具优缺点,临床医师应该根据患者自身情况、骨折类型及自己的经验进行选择,针对不同患者,制定个体化治疗方案。本文就肱骨干的解剖,肱骨干骨折的保守治疗、手术治疗、适应证、禁忌症、临床疗效及并发症处理等方面作一综述。
Humeral shaft fractures are mainly treated by conservative treatment,open reduction and plate fixation,percutaneous minimally invasive plate fixation,intramedullary nail fixation,external fixation and so on.Nonunion and radial nerve injury are common complications of humeral shaft fractures.The best treatment of humeral shaft fracture is still controversial.Various treatment methods of humeral shaft fracture have their own advantages and disadvantages.Clinicians should formulate individualized treatment plan for different patients according to the patient′s own situation,fracture type and their own experience.This article reviews the anatomy of humeral shaft,conservative treatment,surgical treatment,indications,contraindications,clinical efficacy and complications of humeral shaft fractures.
