摘要
目的研究维生素AD辅助治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法将我院60例反复呼吸道感染患儿分为对照组与观察组,各30例。对照组给予基础治疗,观察组接受维生素AD辅助治疗。比较两组患儿的临床主要症状改善时间、呼吸道感染次数、免疫指标、临床疗效。结果相比于观察组,对照组患儿的退热用时、喘息消退用时、咳嗽消退用时、肺部啰音消退用时均明显更长(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组患儿的呼吸道感染次数大幅超过观察组患儿(P<0.05);对照组患儿的25羟维生素D3、免疫球蛋白G、免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白A水平均明显低于观察组患儿(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的治疗总有效率高达93.33%,大幅优于对照组患儿的73.33%(P<0.05)。结论维生素AD辅助治疗儿童反复呼吸道感染的临床效果确切,不仅能显著缓解患儿的退热、咳嗽喘息等临床症状,减少呼吸道感染次数,还能明显提高患儿的免疫功能,值得在儿科临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of vitamin AD in the adjuvant treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods 60 children with recurrent respiratory tract infection 2019 were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with vitamin AD.The improvement time of main clinical symptoms,respiratory tract infection times,immune indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the observation group,the time of fever,wheezing,cough and lung rales in the control group were significantly longer than those in the observation group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of respiratory tract infections in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);The levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D3,immunoglobulin G,immunoglobulin M and immunoglobulin A in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,significantly better than 73.33%of the control group,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitamin AD adjuvant treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection has exact clinical effect,not only can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with fever,cough and wheezing,reduce the number of respiratory tract infections,but also significantly improve the immune function of children,which is worthy of promotion and application in pediatric clinical treatment.
