摘要
尹丹教授认为,小儿反复呼吸道感染本于中焦气机不畅,脾失健运,营卫失养而复感,临床特点在于积热实邪,其多因不科学的喂养方式或慢性病灶不除等因素造成。积热实邪不清,脾胃失于升降,两者互相影响,互成因果,导致迁延不愈。尹丹教授认为,脾不重在补虚,而当以“运”为要,治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染当清除胃肠积热,重视脾胃气机。发作期治疗应以祛风解表为主,在非急性期应当积极干预,清运脾胃,调畅气机,调和营卫,并纠正不当的养育方法。治法方药注重标本兼治,理念重在治未病。
Professor Yin Dan believes that the recurrent respiratory tract infection in children is caused by the poor qi movement in the middle jiao,which leads to the dysfunction of the spleen’s transportation function and repeated infections due to the malnutrition of nutrient qi and defensive qi.Its clinical characteristics lies in the accumulated heat as the excessive pathogen,which is usually caused by unscientific feeding methods or uncured chronic lesions or other factors.Consequently,that the accumulated heat fails to be cleared away over time results in the qi movement in the spleen and stomach failing to ascend and descend normally,and the two factors interact with each other both as cause and effect,which ultimately leads to a protracted course of the disease.Professor Yin Dan believes that its treatment should not give a priority to tonifying the spleen rather to invigorating its transportation function.Accordingly,in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children,the accumulated heat in the gastrointestinal tract should be removed,and attention should be paid to activating the spleen and stomach qi movement.The treatment in the attack period should focus on dispelling wind to relieve the superficies syndrome,while in its non-acute period,active interventions should be taken to clear and invigorate the spleen and stomach,activate the qi movement,coordinate the nutrient qi and defensive qi,and correct improper parenting methods.When it comes to choosing proper treatment methods and medications,she pays attention to treating both symptoms and root causes,and upholds the concept of preventing a disease before it occurs.
