广西地区反复呼吸道感染儿童维生素A、E水平及其与免疫功能的相关性分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨广西地区反复呼吸道感染(RRI)儿童维生素A、E水平及其与免疫功能的相关性。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月就诊于广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院并诊断为RRI的268例患儿为观察组,本院同期体检的134例健康儿童为对照组。检测并比较两组儿童血清维生素A、E水平,细胞免疫指标(T淋巴细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞和NK细胞比例)及体液免疫指标[免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、IgA和IgM],进一步比较RRI患儿维生素A、E正常与缺乏者的免疫功能指标,分析RRI患儿维生素A、E与免疫功能指标的相关性。结果观察组维生素A、E水平和正常率均低于对照组(均P<0.05),CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、CD19^+和IgG、IgA水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05),CD8^+高于对照组(P<0.05),而NK细胞比例和IgM水平差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。RRI患儿维生素A正常者CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+和IgG、IgA水平均明显高于维生素A缺乏者(均P<0.05);而CD8^+、CD19^+、NK细胞比例和IgM水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。维生素E正常与缺乏患儿各项免疫功能指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。RRI患儿维生素A、E水平与CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+和IgG、IgA水平均呈正相关(均P<0.05),与CD8^+、CD19^+、NK细胞比例和IgM水平均未见相关性(均P>0.05)。结论广西地区RRI患儿血清维生素A、E水平及免疫功能指标均降低,两者具有相关性。 Objective To investigate the vitamin A and E levels and their correlation with immune function in children with recurrent respiratory infections(RRI).Methods A total of 268 children with RRI admitted in Maternal Child Health Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled(study group),and 134 healthy children served as control group.The serum vitamin A and E levels,T cell subgroup,B cells and NK cells,IgG,IgA and IgM were detected and compared between two groups.The correlation between immune function index and vitamin A,E levels in RRI children was analyzed.Results The vitamin A,E levels and normal rate of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+,CD19^+and IgG,IgA levels were lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05),while CD8^+level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NK cell ratio and IgM levels between two groups(P>0.05).The CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+and IgG,IgA levels in RRI children with normal vitamin A level were significantly higher than those with vitamin A deficiency(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in CD8^+,CD19^+,NK cell ratio and IgM level between two groups(P>0.05).In RRI children the vitamin A and E levels in children were positively correlated with CD3^+,CD4^+,CD4^+/CD8^+and IgG,IgA levels(all P<0.05),while not correlated with CD8^+,CD19^+,NK cell ratio,and IgMlevel(all P>0.05).Conclusion The serum vitamin A,E levels and immune function index in children with RRI are reduced,and vitamin A,E levels and immune function index are correlated with each other.
