煤矿供电自动化监控与防越级跳闸系统研究 被引量:6

摘要 煤矿井下生产条件经常受到地质构造变化影响及有害气体的制约,井下电气设备不可避免地会发生过流、漏电、短路及其他各种电气事故。其中,短路故障发生时会直接造成地面变电站开关越级跳闸。井下供电系统的正常运行是保障矿井安全生产的关键条件之一。文中着重介绍了矿井供电系统越级跳闸的原因及相应的解决方案,同时以实例对煤矿供电系统的防越级跳闸技术的推广及应用情况进行对比分析,为杜绝煤矿大面积停电,防止越级跳闸事故发生提供参考,保障矿井的安全生产。 The production conditions in coal mines are often affected by changes in geological structure and harmful gases,which inevitably leads to overcurrent,leakage,short circuit and other electrical accidents in underground electrical equipment.Among them,once a short circuit occurs,it will directly cause the switch of the ground substation to trip.The normal operation of underground power supply system is one of the key conditions to ensure mine safety production.In this paper,the reasons for the override trip of the power supply system in the mine and the corresponding solutions are introduced.Meanwhile,the promotion and application of the override trip prevention technology in the power supply system in coal mines are compared and analyzed through examples,which provides a reference for how to prevent the occurrence of large-scale power outages and override trips in coal mines and ensures the production safety of mines.
