摘要 矿井供电网络的稳定可靠运行是保证煤矿开采过程顺利进行的重要基础和前提。结合煤矿实际情况设计了智能供电监控系统,系统主要由井下监控单元、地面集控中心和通信网络系统3部分构成,井上和地面之间基于工业以太网进行数据连接。对井下监控单元中涉及的硬件设施进行了详细介绍,控制器选用的型号为STM32,对地面集控中心的主要软件功能进行了分析,重点介绍了监控系统的报警功能。将智能供电监控系统应用到煤矿工程实践中,经现场测试发现各项功能都得以实现,取得了非常好的效果,值得其他煤矿企业借鉴。 The stable and reliable operation of mine power supply network is an important foundation and premise to ensure the smooth progress of coal mining process.Combined with the actual situation of coal mine,an intelligent power supply monitoring system is designed.The system is mainly composed of underground monitoring unit,ground centralized control center and communication network system.The data connection between the well and the ground is based on industrial ethernet.The hardware facilities involved in the underground monitoring unit are introduced in detail.The model selected by the controller is STM32.The main software functions of the ground centralized control center are analyzed,with emphasis on the alarm function of the monitoring system.The intelligent power supply monitoring system is applied to the practice of coal mine engineering.Through the field test,it is found that all functions can be realized and achieved very good results,which is worthy of reference for other coal mining enterprises.
