摘要
为了提高煤矿供电系统的安全性和可靠性,适应现代化矿井建设,构建了基于工业以太环网的煤矿电网监控系统,重点介绍了系统的设计方案、结构、功能,给出解决越级跳闸和自适应漏电保护等相关技术。该系统经实际应用,实现了井下7个配电室的远程集中监控、遥控、遥测、遥信、遥调等功能,提高了煤矿生产自动化水平,强化了矿井电网安全,防止井下大面积停电和越级跳闸等事故的发生,缩短故障处理时间,为最终实现井下变电所无人值守创造了条件。
In order to improve the safety and reliability of coal mine power supply system,to adapt to the modern mine construction,a coal power monitoring system based on Industrial Ethernet is built. The emphasis on system design,structure,function,is given to solve relevant technical tripping and adaptive leakage protection and other related technologies. The application of the system,realizes the remote 7 underground power distribution room centralized monitoring,remote control,telemetry,remote,remote adjustment and other functions,improve the automation level of coal mine production,strengthening the mine power grid safety,prevent underground blackouts and tripping accidents such as fault,shorten processing time,to create the conditions for the ultimate realization of underground substation unattended.
