摘要
用马来酸酐(MAH)对低粘度的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)进行亲水性接枝改性,得到水性聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(MPB),通过FTIR、1HNMR对MPB的结构进行表征。并通过改变PVB与MAH的质量比,对其分散液的粒径、稳定性进行测试,最后探讨了在与wt(PVA)=4.0%复配施胶过程中,MPB用量对纸张表面物理性能的影响。结果表明,当疏亲水单体质量比为6∶5时,其水分散液相对稳定,平均粒径为394.3 nm,TSI系数为0.359。当MPB的用量为3%时,纸张的施胶度、干、湿抗张指数、耐折度等相比原纸分别提高了:1524.5%、69.6%、88.0%、339.1%;相比PVA它的施胶度、干抗张指数、湿抗张指数、耐折度等分别提高了:139.8%、40.2%、57.4%、106.1%、;同时与市售的施胶剂相比,有较长的储存期,且对纸张的施胶度、耐折度、干抗张指数等分别提高了:75.25%、51.22%、32.03%。
Low-viscosity polyvinyl butyral(PVB)was grafted with maleic anhydride(MAH)to obtain hydrophilic polyvinyl butyral(MPB).Subsequently,the structure of MPB was characterized by FTIR and 1 HNMR.By changing the mass ratio of PVB to MAH,the particle size and stability of the dispersion solution were tested.Finally,the influence of MPB amount on the paper surface physical properties in the process of composite sizing with wt(PVA)=4.0% was discussed.Based on our results,at the mass ratio of hydrophobic monomer of 6∶5,the aqueous dispersion liquid pair was stable,with the average particle size of 394.3 nm,and the TSI coefficient of 0.359.At the MPB amount of 3%,the sizing degree,dry and wet tensile indexes,and folding resistance of the paper increased by 1524.5%,69.6%,88.0% and 339.1%,respectively,compared with the base paper.Compared with PVA,the sizing degree,dry and wet tensile indexes,and bending resistance increased by 139.8%,40.2%,57.4%,and 106.1%,respectively.Meanwhile,compared with the market sizing agent,the as-prepared paper had a longer storage period,and the paper sizing degree,folding strength,and dry tensile index increased by 75.25%,51.22% and 32.03%,respectively1.
