摘要
为规范“双高计划”背景下的高水平职业院校建设,探索性地构建了高水平职业院校评价体系和促进体系,从投入产出视角将评价体系细化为供给保障水平、社会服务水平、行业引领水平等具体评价内容,在此基础上提出建立完善投入保障机制、过程控制机制、产出监管机制的促进体系,为加快推进高水平职业院校建设提供参考。
In order to standardize the construction of high-level vocational schools under the background of"double-high plan",the evaluation system and promotion system of high-level vocational schools have been built,from the perspective of input and output,the evaluation system is divided into specific evaluation contents,such as the level of supply guarantee,the level of social service,the level of industry leading,etc.,and on this basis,the paper proposes to establish and improve the input guarantee mechanism,process control mechanism,output supervision mechanism of the promotion system,to speed up the construction of high-level vocational colleges to provide reference.
