摘要
在工程建设施工中,人的不安全行为是导致各类事故发生的主要因素之一。通过对目前国内施工企业行为安全管理的控制形式与方法的研究,介绍了行为安全管理的发展、概念以及实施步骤,阐明了行为安全管理的必要性和影响因素,探讨了施工中行为安全管理存在的问题,以及行为安全管理在施工中的有效应用,积极纠正人员不安全行为,预防安全事故的发生,提高企业的安全管理水平。
In the process of engineering construction,the human’s unsafe behavior is one of the major factors leading to various accidents.By the research on the control forms and methods of behavior safety management in domestic construction enterprises,the development,concept and implementation steps of behavior safety management are introduced,the necessity and influencing factors of behavior safety management is expounded,and the existing problems of behavior safety management in construction as well as the effective application of behavior safety management in construction are discussed,so as to actively correct the unsafe behavior of personnel,prevent the occurrence of safety accidents,and improve the safety management level of enterprise.
