摘要 分析影响安全心理的因素,建立铁路职工安全心理评价指标体系,采用AHP法确定各指标的权重系数,构建铁路职工安全心理模糊综合评价模型。参考相关研究成果设计铁路职工安全心理调查问卷,通过实例分析和计算表明,该模型能够客观地评估铁路职工的心理状态,实现了铁路职工安全心理评估定量化,对工作决策的实施和安全事故的提前预防具有参考作用。 In this paper, the factors influencing safety psychology was analyzed, the safety psychological evaluation index system of railway staff was established, the weight coefficient of each index was determined by AHP, and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of railway staff's safety psychology was established. By referring relative study results, the safety psychological questionnaire was designed, and through example analysis and calculation, the model was proved that could objectively evaluate the psychological status of railway staff, realize the quantification of safety psychological evaluation of railway staff and have reference actions on implementation of work decision-making and pre-prevention of safety accidents,
