摘要 研究目的:在进行铁路线路最大坡度的选择时,涉及到很多因素,而且这些因素进行两两比较时,其重要程度有模糊性、相对性,给决策者进行决策带来一定的困难,需要考虑定量和定性方面的多种因素来做出综合评价。研究结论:本文研究项目推荐选择最大坡度为12‰,局部地段采用20‰。将宁杭线作为一个系统,基于模糊层次分析法,结合线路走向、沿线地形条件及地质特点等因素,分析采用不同最大坡度对工程投资、工程的安全可靠性、列车运营费用和动车组的适用性等方面的影响,确定使系统最优时的最大坡度取值为12‰,考虑环保和节约,局部地段可采用20‰。同时,也说明此方法在进行线路最大坡度选择时的有效性和可操作性,为类似的多因素问题的解决提供参考。 Research purposes:Choice of the maximum gradient of railway track involves in many factors.The fuzziness and relativity exist when these factors are considered two by two,so sometimes it is difficult to choose the maximum track gradient because many quantitative and qualitative aspects need to be considered to make a comprehensive evaluation.Research conclusions:Regarding the Nanjing-Hangzhou Railway as a system,according to the track alignment,topographical conditions and geological characteristics along the railway,the analyses of the effects of the different maximum track gradients on the construction safety and reliability,train operating cost and adaptability of EMU are made with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Based on the analyses,it is recommended that the maximum track gradient of this railway is 12‰ for optimizing this railway system and the maximum track gradient in some areas can be 20‰ for protecting environment and saving investment.Application of this method in choice of the maximum track gradient is effective and operable and it can be the reference to the similar work.
