摘要
地下空间环境的复杂性和特殊性使得施工过程中时常发生坍塌事故,为量化分析地下空间坍塌事故中的不安全行为风险,从施工方、监理方、建设方分析导致坍塌事故的不安全行为原因,建立蒙特卡罗模拟(MCs)法的作业人员不安全动作风险评估模型,从三方角度研究其不安全行为的后果值,利用敏感度大小分析不安全行为动作对主体单位行为安全的贡献程度,并提出风险预防措施。研究表明:在坍塌事故中安全培训不到位、因安全制度缺陷导致动作失误、未做好开挖防护及安全检查和隐患排查等4项不安全动作对施工单位行为安全影响较明显;违规现场是否有效监理对监理方行为安全影响程度较大;项目工程的违法建设对建设方行为安全的贡献程度较高。
Because of the complexity and particularity of underground space environment, collapse accidents often occur in the construction process. In order to quantitatively analyze the unsafe behavior risk of operators in the underground space collapse accident, the unsafe behavior causes from the contractor, supervisor and builder are analyzed, the risk assessment model of Monte Carlo simulation(MCs)method is established, the consequences of their unsafe behavior from the perspective of three parties is studied, the contribution of unsafe behavior to the behavior safety of the subject unit is analyzed, and risk preventive measures is put forward.The study shows that inadequate safety training, defects of safety system, ignorance of protection and neglection of hidden clanger have an obvious in fluence on behavior of constructor.Whether illegal site is effectively supervised has a strong inflence on the behavior of supervisor.The illegal construction makes high contribution to the behavior of the constructor.
