京津冀城市群绿色TFP时空演进及趋势预测研究 被引量:5

A Study of the Spatio-Temporal Evolution and Trend Prediction of Green TFP in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration

摘要 生态环境问题已经成为京津冀城市群高质量发展的瓶颈,提高绿色全要素生产率是破解这一瓶颈的关键。基于2004—2018年京津冀城市群相关数据,采用DEA-SBM模型和Malmquist指数从时空两个维度分别对京津冀城市群绿色TFP进行了研究,利用Kernel密度估计方法对京津冀城市群绿色TFP特征进行了刻画,并采用传统马尔科夫链模型和空间马尔科夫链模型对京津冀城市群绿色TFP长期趋势进行了分析。研究发现:(1)京津冀城市群各个城市在研究期内绿色TFP呈现上升趋势,技术进步对京津冀城市群绿色TFP的增长贡献最大,规模效率呈上升趋势。(2)京津冀城市群绿色TFP呈现极化的发展趋势,内部差异较大。(3)空间因素对京津冀城市群绿色TFP增长具有显著影响,存在明显的空间溢出效应。 Ecological and environmental issues have become a bottleneck for the high-quality development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.Improving green total factor productivity is the key to solving this bottleneck problem.Based on the relevant data of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration from 2004 to 2018,this paper uses the DEA-SBM model and the Malmquist index to measure the green TPF of the urban agglomeration from both spatial and temporal dimensions.Besides,the present research also uses the Kernel density estimation method to describe the characteristics of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration’s green TPF and analyzes the long-term trend of the green TFP of the urban agglomeration by employing traditional and the spatial Markov chain model.This paper has the following research conclusions.Both the green TFP and the scale efficiency of each city in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration have shown an upward trend from 2004 to 2018.Technological progress has contributed the most to the growth of the green TFP.Moreover,the green TFP of the urban agglomeration manifested a polarized development trend with large internal differences.In addition,spatial factors have a significant impact on the growth of green TFP in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration with obvious spatial spillover effects.
