摘要
从实现区域协调发展到实现经济高质量发展,都需要先理清区域内经济发展差异的现状。以新疆14地州市2000-2019年的数据为研究样本,采用标准差、变异系数、dagum基尼系数来测度区域经济差异的现状和来源,再利用马尔科夫链和空间马尔科夫链来刻画其动态演化趋势。结果表明:研究样本期间,各地州市间的绝对经济差异在不断地上升,相对差异呈波动下降趋势;总体经济差异主要来源于区内差异和区间差异,且区内差异一直占据着主导地位,超变密度所起的作用则较小,且区内差异的贡献率有所下降;不考虑空间因素时,短期内新疆各地州市的经济发展趋势较为稳定,长期来看,流动性逐步提升,考虑空间因素后,发现空间因素对于新疆各地州市发展确实存在显著影响,呈现较为显著的区域空间聚集现象。
From the realization of regional coordinated development to the realization of high-quality economic development,it is necessary to clarify the status quo of regional economic development differences.Taking the data of the 14 prefectures and cities in Xinjiang from 2000 to 2019 as the research sample,the standard devia-tion,coefficient of variation,and dagum Gini coefficient are used to measure the current situation and source of regional economic differences,and then Markov chain and spatial Markov chain are used to describe Its dy-namic evolution trend.The results show that:during the study sample period,the absolute economic differenc-es between cities and towns are rising continuously,and the relative differences have fluctuated and declined;the overall economic differences are mainly derived from regional and interval differences,and regional differ-ences have always occupied a dominant position.The role of hypervariable density is relatively small,and the contribution rate of regional differences has decreased;when spatial factors are not considered,the economic development trend of various cities in Xinjiang is relatively stable in the short term,but in the long term,liquidi-ty will gradually increase.After considering the spatial factors,it is found that the spatial factors do have a sig-nificant impact on the development of various cities in Xinjiang,showing a relatively significant regional spatial clustering phenomenon.
