摘要
狂犬病是由狂犬病病毒感染引起的以中枢神经系统症状为主的一种动物源性传染病,病死率几乎100%。疫苗是预防狂犬病最主要的手段。目前,人用狂犬病疫苗生产使用的细胞基质包括鼠脑、猴肾细胞、原代地鼠肾细胞和人二倍体细胞(human diploid cell,HDC),其中HDC已成为WHO认可的更安全的疫苗生产用细胞,该细胞无致癌性、无外源因子污染、且细胞性状比较稳定,已广泛应用于人用疫苗的研发与生产。本文就HDC在人用狂犬病疫苗中应用的研究进展作一综述。
Rabies is an animal borne infectious disease caused by rabies virus,which is mainly characterized as symptoms in central nervous system,with a mortality of nearly 100%.Rabies vaccine is the most important measure to prevent the disease.At present,the cell matrixes for production of rabies vaccine for human use include mouse brain,monkey kidney,primary hamster kidney and human diploid cells(HDCs),of which HDCs have been accepted by the WHO as a safer cell matrix and recommended for vaccine production worldwide.Since HDCs have no carcinogenicity or contamination with adventitious agents while have relatively stable cell characteristics,they have been increasingly used in the development and production of human vaccines.This paper reviews the progress in research on application of HDCs in rabies vaccine for human use.
