摘要
目的观察国产冻干人用狂犬病疫苗(人二倍体细胞)在不同年龄人群中的不良反应率,为儿童及老人安全有效地使用狂犬病疫苗提供参考。方法选择乌鲁木齐市疾病预防控制中心犬伤门诊接种狂犬病疫苗者作为研究对象,按年龄分为儿童组、普通组、老人组。观察记录研究对象每一剂次接种30 min后的即时反应及72 h内的局部及全身免疫反应,统计分析各组不良反应发生率的差异。结果所有研究对象接种疫苗后反应轻微,未发生III级及以上的不良反应。所有不良反应均在72 h内自行恢复。其中儿童组局部不良反应发生率为7.46%,全身不良反应发生率为2.98%;普通组局部不良反应发生率为7.14%,全身不良反应发生率为3.76%;老年组局部不良反应发生率为7.69%,全身不良反应发生率为2.56%。各组间局部不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.204,P>0.05);各组间全身不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.529,P>0.05)。结论国产冻干人用狂犬病疫苗接种后,儿童和老人发生不良反应的情况和普通人群相当,总不良反应发生率较低,可放心应用于儿童和老人。
Objective Study the safety and the adverse reaction of domestic Human Diploid Cell Rabies Vaccine （HDCV）. Provide a reference for the use of rabies vaccines in children and the old. Methods Observe the recipients vaccinated with HD- CV in Urumqi CDC in Xinjiang Province. Through the field observation, follow - up, and spontaneously reports by the recipi- ents, the local reaction and systemic reaction were detected within 30 min and 72 hrs after vaccination. The differences were de- termined by statistical analysis. Results None grade III side effect occurred in all the cases, while only a few cases had slight symptom. All the recipients recovered within 72 hrs. The local reaction rate of children group was 7.46% ; the systemic reaction rate of children group was 2. 98%. The local reaction rate of normal group was 7.14% ; the systemic reaction rate of normal group was 3.76%. The local reaction rate of old group was 7. 69% ; the systemic reaction rate of children group was 2. 56%. There was no significant difference of local reaction rates in different groups （χ2 = 0. 204, P 〉 0. 05）. Neither was that of systemic reaction rates（χ2 = 3.529, P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion There was no difference of the adverse reaction rates of the three groups. The total adverse reaction rate was low. The results suggested that HDCV could be safely used in children and the old.
