摘要
采用42 tex气流纺和19.5 tex紧密纺纱线,对不同混纺比例的中空涤/可持续棉纱线进行条干、毛羽、力学性能测试,并采用主成分分析法和灰色关联度分析法对测试结果进行分析。主成分分析结果表明:在评估中空涤/可持续棉混纺纱性能优劣时,U值、粗节35%、粗节50%可作为评价条干性能的主要指标;Hmax1m、Hmax3m、Hmax10m可作为评价毛羽性能的主要指标;断裂强度和断裂伸长可作为评价力学性能的主要指标。灰色关联度分析结果表明:在评估纱线综合性能优劣时可以优先评估纱线条干指标,其次是纱线强力和毛羽指标;19.5 tex紧密纺的综合性能优于42 tex气流纺,且混纺纱的综合性能随着可持续棉含量的增加而下降。
42 tex air-spun yarn and 19.5 tex compact-spun yarn are used to test the evenness,hairiness and mechanical properties of hollow polyester/sustainable cotton yarn blended with different blending ratios,and the test results are analyzed through principal component analysis and grey relational analysis.The results of principal component analysis show that when evaluating the performance of the blended yarn of hollow polyester and sustainable cotton,the U value,a thick section of 35%and a thick section of 50%can be used as the main indicators to evaluate evenness.Hmax1 m,Hmax3 m and Hmax10 m can be used as the main indicators to evaluate hairiness.Breaking tenacity and elongation at break can be used as the main indicators to evaluate mechanical properties.The results of grey relational analysis indicated that when evaluating the comprehensive performance of the yarn,the evenness of yarn can be evaluated first,followed by the strength and hairiness of yarn.The comprehensive performance of 19.5 tex compact-spun yarn is better than 42 tex air-spun yarn,and the comprehensive performance of blended yarn decreases with the increase of content of sustainable cotton.
