摘要
采用Y561织物透气量仪对14种不同结构参数的精纺薄型毛织物进行透气性实验,并借助应用软件对实验数据进行分析。研究结果表明:薄型精纺毛织物的透气性不仅与纱线原料的吸湿性,经纬纱捻度、线密度有关,还与织物组织、经纬密有很大的关系,但薄型毛织物的厚度对透气性影响较小。
Permeability is one of the most important performances of fabric, which influences the comfort and sanitation. 14 different structural parameters light-weight worsted fabrics are tested by Y561 and the data is analyzed by applying software. It has been proved: the permeability of light-weight worsted fabrics is not only affected by the moisture absorption, twist, the fineness of yam, but also by the weave, the count of fabrics greatly, while the permeability is affected by thickness slightly.
