摘要
文章对不同规格的碳纤维涤棉交织抗静电面料进行力学和热湿舒适性能测试分析,并采用灰色关联度法对抗静电面料的服用性能进行综合评价。结果表明:碳纤维涤棉交织抗静电面料的强伸性能主要受经纬纱细度和碳纤维密度的影响;断裂伸长能力较差,经向断裂伸长率大于纬向断裂伸长率;抗静电面料的回潮率较低,透湿率相差不大,碳纤维的织入对面料的热湿舒适性无明显影响;7种面料的关联度最高为0.809,综合服用性能最好;碳纤维的织入对抗静电面料的服用性能产生了一定的负面影响。
The mechanical and thermal-moist comfort properties of different specifications of carbon fiber polyester cotton interwoven antistatic fabrics were tested and analyzed in this paper,and the wearability properties of the antistatic fabric were evaluated by using grey correlation analysis method.It was found that the tensile performance of carbon fiber polyester cotton interwoven antistatic fabric was mainly affected by the fineness of yarn and the density of carbon fibers.Their elongation at break was not ideal,and the elongation at warp fracture was greater than that at weft fracture.The moisture return rate of antistatic fabrics was low.The difference in moisture permeability was not significant,and the weaving of carbon fibers had no obvious impact on the thermal-moist comfort properties of the fabrics.The highest correlation degree among 7 fabrics was 0.809,and its comprehensive wearability was the best.The weaving of carbon fiber had a certain negative impact on the overall wearability of the fabrics.
