摘要
创新创业人才的培养,离不开一套完整的人才培养体系。分别从人才培养目标、培养要求、主干课程、实践环节和保障措施五个角度探讨将创新创业教育理念融入高校人才培养全过程。制定立体网状创新创业型人才培养体系,分阶段提升学生的创新创业能力,提升创新创业人才培养质量,助推国家创新驱动发展战略的实施。
In the context of the new era,it has become a general trend for colleges and universities to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education and cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents.The cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is inseparable from a complete talent training system.It should start from the five perspectives of talent training goals,training requirements,main courses,practical links and safeguard measures,and integrate the innovative and entrepreneurial education concepts into college students.Throughout the process of talent training,a detailed three-dimensional network of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training system has been formulated to improve students'innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities in stages,improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship talent training,and promote the implementation of the national innovation-driven development strategy.
