摘要
在传统的技术条件下,化学制药过程中存在诸多污染问题。特别是一些有毒、有害有机溶剂的使用,一旦处理不当,就会带来严重的环境污染和威胁人的身体健康。随着经济发展与科技进步,人们开展关注制药污染问题,对化学制药提出了绿色化的要求。在这种背景下,绿色溶剂和无溶剂合成技术将会得到大力推广与应用,通过利用这两种技术不断提升反应物化学反应速率,减少污染物质的产生,以及节约能源和成本。先剖析了有机溶剂在化学制药中的应用意义,然后再分析了绿色溶剂及无溶剂的有机合成,希望能对解决化学制药发展有一些启迪。
Under traditional technical conditions,there are many pollution problems in the chemical pharmacy process. Especially the use of some toxic and harmful organic solvents,once improperly handled,will cause serious environmental pollution and threaten people’s health. With economic development and scientific and technological progress,people are paying attention to the problem of pharmaceutical pollution,and they have put forward green requirements for chemical medicine. In this context,green solvent and solvent-free synthesis technologies will be vigorously promoted and applied. By using these two technologies,the chemical reaction rate of reactants is continuously improved,the generation of pollutants is reduced,and energy and cost are saved. This article first analyzes the application significance of organic solvents in chemical pharmacy,and then analyzes the organic synthesis of green solvents and solvent-free,hoping to provide some enlightening suggestions for solving the development of chemical pharmacy.
