摘要
四肢骨主要是通过软骨内成骨的形式所形成,在这个过程中首先是形成软骨,随着不断地发育,软骨会被骨所取代,而这一过程中会受很多种因子以及复杂通路的调节,而且越来越多的研究也表明非编码RNA在软骨发育,软骨分化中发挥至关重要的作用,并且其对于关节软骨损伤等疾病也有潜在的治疗效果,这为今后软骨发育以及关节软骨损伤相关疾病的治疗开辟了新的途径,因此在我们这篇综述中,我们收集了大量关于非编码RNA在软骨发育以及关节软骨损伤疾病中作用的相关文献以及实验研究,我们发现微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)、长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)以及环状RNA(circular RNA,circRNA)均在此过程中发挥各自的作用。并且我们希望能为今后软骨发育相关研究以及关节软骨损伤相关疾病的治疗提供新的视野以及方向。
The bones of the limbs are mainly formed through the form of intracartilage osteogenesis.In this process,cartilage is first formed.With continuous development,the cartilage will be replaced by bone,and this process will be affected by many factors and complex pathways.Regulation,and more and more studies have also shown that non-coding RNA plays a vital role in cartilage development and cartilage differentiation,and it also has potential therapeutic effects on joint cartilage damage and other diseases.The treatment of cartilage damage-related diseases has opened up new ways.Therefore,in our review,we have collected a large amount of relevant literature and experimental studies on the role of non-coding RNA in cartilage development and articular cartilage damage diseases.We found that microRNA,Both long non-coding RNA and circular RNA play their respective roles in this process.And we hope to provide a new vision and direction for the future research on cartilage development and the treatment of articular cartilage injury-related diseases.
