摘要
目的:研究针对性护理干预方案的实施方法及在卵巢癌化疗患者护理中的应用价值。方法:将2017年1月~2020年12月期间某院收治的100例卵巢癌化疗治疗患者随机分为C组和Z组各50例,C组实施常规护理干预,Z组针对性护理干预。护理干预前后,采用癌症疲乏量表(CFS)评价癌因性疲乏状态,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评价心理健康状态。结果:干预后,Z组患者CFS量表评分低于C组(P<0.05),HAMD评分、HAMA评分均低于C组(P<0.05)。结论:于卵巢癌化疗患者临床护理中通过针对性护理干预的实施,能有效改善患者癌因性疲乏状态和负性心理。
Objective:To study the implementation method of targeted nursing intervention program and its application value in the care of ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods:100 cases of ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy in a hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were randomly divided into group C(50 cases)and group Z(50 cases).They were given routine nursing intervention and targeted nursing intervention,respectively.Before and after nursing intervention,CFS was used to evaluate the status of cancer-induced fatigue,and HAMD depression scale and HAMA anxiety scale were used to evaluate the mental health status.Results:After intervention,CFS scale score in group Z was lower than that in group C(P<0.05),and HAMD score and HAMA score were lower than those in group C(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the implementation of targeted nursing intervention in the clinical nursing of patients with ovarian cancer chemotherapy,it can effectively improve the state and negative psychology of patients with cancer-induced fatigue.
