摘要
目的分析自我效能护理在卵巢癌术后患者中的护理效果及对其心理状态和生活质量的影响。方法选取50例卵巢癌患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组25例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用自我效能护理。对比两组患者护理前后自我效能、心理状态及生活质量。结果护理后,观察组患者一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分和生存质量测定量表(FACT-O)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分(33.28±3.69)分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分(32.49±3.76)分均分别低于对照组的(36.08±3.83)分、(35.54±3.89)分(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌患者术后采用自我效能护理能够有效改善心理状态,促进生活质量提高,增强护理效果,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of self-efficacy nursing in postoperative patients with ovarian cancer and its influence on their psychological state and quality of life.Methods 50 patients with ovarian cancer were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received self-efficacy nursing based on the control group.Self-efficacy,mental state and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the scores of general self-efficacy scale(GSES)and quality of life scale(FACT-O)in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of SDS(33.28±3.69)points and SAS(32.49±3.76)points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(36.08±3.83)points and(35.54±3.89)points respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-efficacy nursing for ovarian cancer patients can effectively improve the psychological state,improve the quality of life and enhance the nursing effect,which has clinical application value.
