摘要
目的探讨人文关怀护理在紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗卵巢癌护理中的应用及对患者不良情绪的影响。方法选取66例卵巢癌患者,均接受紫杉醇联合奈达铂治疗。根据数字奇偶法分为参照组与观察组,每组33例。参照组实施常规护理,观察组在参照组基础上实施人文关怀护理。对比两组患者护理效果。结果护理前,两组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组明显低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者躯体功能、社会功能、认知功能及角色功能评分均高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率9.09%低于参照组的30.30%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卵巢癌患者在接受紫杉醇+奈达铂药物化疗期间,因药物不良反应会出现不良情绪,通过给予人文关怀护理干预,可缓解患者的不良情绪,减少不良反应发生,从而提升生活质量。
Objective To explore the application of humanistic care in the treatment of ovarian cancer with paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin and its effect on patients'adverse mood.Methods Sixty-six patients with ovarian cancer were treated with paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin.They were divided into reference group and observation group according to digital parity method,with 33 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic nursing based on the reference group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS score and SDS score in both groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group was significantly lower than reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,social function,cognitive function and role function in observation group were higher than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 9.09%lower than that in reference group 30.30%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion During chemotherapy with paclitaxel+nedaplatin,patients with ovarian cancer may have adverse emotions due to adverse drug reactions.Humanistic care and nursing intervention can alleviate the adverse emotions of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life.
