摘要
目的 探讨人文关怀护理在恶性肿瘤患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2019年5月至2021年10月间西安市第九医院收治的72例恶性肿瘤患者,根据入院顺序的单双数分为人文组和常规组,每组36例。常规组患者采用常规护理,人文组患者在常规护理基础上采用人文关怀护理,比较两组患者的心理状态、生命质量改善情况和护理满意度。结果 干预后,两组患者焦虑和抑郁评分均较干预前下降,且人文组下降更多,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。干预后,人文组患者的生理状况、情感状况、社会/家庭状况、功能状况及总分均比常规组高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。人文组患者护理满意度评分≥60分占比较常规组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 恶性肿瘤护理中采用人文关怀护理,可缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提升生命质量和护理满意度。
Objective To study the value of humanistic care nursing in patients with malignant tumors. Methods Seventy-two patients with malignant tumors admitted to Xi’an Ninth Hospital were selected from May 2019 to October 2021. According to the odd and even sequence of admission, they were divided into a routine group and a humanity group with 36 patients in each group. The psychological status, quality of life and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of Hamilton self-rating anxiety scale(HAMA) and Hamilton self-rating depression scale(HAMD) decreased in the two groups compared with those before intervention, and the decrease was more obvious in the humanity group(all P<0.05). The scores of psychological status, emotional well-being, social/family status, function and the overall score of functional assessment of cancer therapy-general(FACT-G) were higher in the humanity group than in the routine group(all P<0.05). The proportion of patient satisfaction(score≥60) was higher in the humanity group than in the routine group(P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care can relieve patients’ anxiety, depression and other negative emotions, improve quality of life, and improve patient satisfaction in patients with malignant tumors.
