摘要
目的:分析ICU护士工作嵌入现状及其影响因素。方法:采用一般情况调查表、工作嵌入量表、护士职业承诺问卷及护理工作环境量表对深圳市某5所三级甲等综合性医院的196名ICU护士进行问卷调查。结果:ICU护士工作嵌入得分为(21.52±2.81)分;护士年龄、婚姻状况、每月夜班数、护士职业承诺及护士工作环境是ICU护士工作嵌入的影响因素,可解释总变异的40.1%。结论:ICU护士工作嵌入水平有一定的提升空间,护理管理者可针对影响因素进行干预,以提升ICU护士的工作嵌入水平,从而达到稳定ICU护士队伍的目的。
Objective:To analyze the job embedding status and influencing factors of ICU nurses.Methods:196 ICU nurses in five tertiary grade A general hospital in Shenzhen were surveyed by the general questionnaire,Global Job Embeddedness Items(GJEI),Nurse Career Commitment Questionnaire and The Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index(PES-NWI).Results:ICU nurses’job embedding score was 21.52±2.81.Age,marital status,number of night shifts per month,nurses’professional commitment,and nursing work environment entered the regression equation,can explain 40.1%of the total variation.Conclusion:Nursing managers can intervene the influencing factors to improve the job embedding level of ICU nurses,so as to stabilize the ICU nurses.
