摘要
目的:调查并分析吉林省不同机构临床护士的工作任务,描述护士工作环境,为护理本科生培养方案提供参考依据。方法:采用护士工作任务调查表对吉林省5类医疗机构564名临床护士进行调查。结果:8个维度工作任务的执行频率的均数范围在3.87~2.45,重要性的均数范围在3.67~3.38,综合评价的均数范围在14.59~8.75。临床护士的工作任务执行频率与重要性评价呈显著正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建议将基础护理操作、护患沟通及护理评估课程作为护理本科生培养方案中的重点,并增加护理法律及护理研究相关课程的课时。
Objective To investigate and analyze the work tasks of clinical nurses in different institutions in Jilin Province,describe the working environment of nurses,and provide reference for nursing undergraduate training programs.Method A survey of 564 clinical nurses in five types of medical institutions in Jilin Province was conducted using the nurse work task questionnaire.Results The mean frequency of execution of the eight dimensional work tasks ranged from 3.87 to 2.45,the mean of importance ranged from 3.67 to 3.38,and the mean of the comprehensive evaluation ranged from 14.59 to 8.75.There was a significant positive correlation between clinical nurses'task frequency and importance evaluation(P<0.05).Conclusion It is recommended that basic nursing operations,nurse-patient communication and nursing assessment courses be the focus of nursing undergraduate training programs,and increase the hours of nursing law and nursing research related courses.
