摘要
目的:统计武汉某高校教职工体检人群的血尿酸(UA)水平在不同性别、年龄组的分布情况,分析高尿酸血症的患病率及其影响因素。方法:收集2019年参加教职工体检的7225名体检对象的基本资料(剔除数据不完整资料),分析不同性别、年龄人群HUA的患病情况以及相关影响因素[空腹血糖(Glu)、舒张压、收缩压、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、总胆固醇(TC)、肌酐(Cr)、BMI]。结果:体检人群中男性UA水平为(387.93±84.98)μmol/L,各年龄组之间无统计学差异(P=0.798);女性UA水平为(297.57±73.75)μmol/L,各年龄组之间有统计学差异(P<0.05);人群总体HUA的患病率为25.54%,其中男性高尿酸血症的总体患病率显著高于女性(P<0.05);无论男女,血尿酸值与BMI、TG、Cr、TC以及收缩压、舒张压之间呈显著正相关,与HDL之间呈显著负相关。结论:武汉该高校体检人群HUA的患病率较高,且男性高于女性;Cr、TG、超重以及肥胖均为高尿酸血症的独立危险因素,HDL为独立保护因素。
Objective:To investigate the distribution of uric acid(UA)levels in different genders and age groups among the staff of a university in Wuhan and to analyze the prevalence of hyperuricemia and its influ-encing factors.Methods:The basic data of 7225 physical examination subjects who participated in the staff physical examination in 2019 were collected(incomplete data were excluded).The prevalence of hyperuricemia and related factors(fasting blood glucose(Glu),diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),total cholesterol(TC),creatinine(Cr)and BMI)in different genders and ages were analyzed.Results:The level of UA in males was(387.93±84.98)μmol/L,and there was no statistically significant difference among different age groups(P=0.798).The level of UA in females was(297.57±73.75)μmol/L,and there was statistical difference among different age groups(P<0.05).The prevalence of HUA in the population was 25.54%,and the prevalence of HUA in males was significantly higher than that in females(32.10%vs 18.70%,P<0.05).In both men and women,UA was significantly positively correlated with BMI,TG,Cr,TC,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure,and significantly negatively correlated with HDL.Conclusion:The prevalence of hyperuricemia is higher in men than in women in a wuhan university.Creatinine,TG,overweight and obesity are independent risk factors for HUA,and HDL is independent protective factor.
