摘要
国际疾病分类第十一次修订本(ICD-11)中文版已计划投入使用。该版本补充细菌耐药内容,并采用全新的篇章结构和形式编码。本研究通过对比分析ICD-11和现行的ICD-10细菌耐药性相应内容的区别和联系,并结合我国常见耐药菌监测数据,明确ICD与实际编码需求之间的异同。结果显示两版耐药性相关内容章节分布、编码框架和编码形式均有较大的差别和发展,新版覆盖范围更广,对于细菌感染性疾病的表达更加精细,基本可以满足当前编目需要。病案管理及相关人员应当关注新版细菌耐药性相关内容的变化,使编码更加准确、全面。
The Chinese version of the International Classification of Diseases-11(ICD-11)is planned to be put into use.This version supplements the content of bacterial resistance and adopts a new chapter structure and coding format.By comparing ICD-11 and the current ICD-10 and analyzing the differences and connections in bacterial drug resistance content,this paper also integrates the monitoring data of common drug-resistant bacteria in China to clarify the similarities and differences between ICD and actual coding requirements.According to the results,there are large differences and obvious development in drug resistance-related content chapter distribution,coding framework and coding format between the 10th and 11th editions.The new edition covers a wider range and describes bacterial infectious diseases more specifically,which can basically meet the current cataloging needs.Medical record management staff and related personnel shall pay attention to the changes in the bacterial resistance content in the new edition to make the coding more accurate and comprehensive.
