摘要
目的研究ICU护士对多重耐药菌感染预防与控制措施的执行情况,为降低ICU多重耐药菌感染率提供有效的临床依据。方法采用随机抽样法选择我院2019年1月至12月ICU60名护士作为研究对象进行问卷调查,调查问卷为自行设计,对预防控制措施掌握情况及影响因素进行分析。结果多模式感控干预策略实施情况调查结果显示,其平均得分为(27.60±4.80)分,属于合格范畴;单因素分析表明:感控护士的督导、多模式感控培训、重视程度、护理人力资源配备、ICU工作时间、护士不同年资为实施影响因素(P<0.05);多因素分析显示:感控护士督导(OR=0.18)、重视程度(OR=0.13)、护理人力资源配备(OR=0.12)、多模式感控培训结果为(OR=0.24),其在对护士开展多模式干预策略中,会出现明显影响(P<0.05)。结论ICU护士对多重耐药菌感染防控措施的执行力仍需进一步加强,需重点加强相关知识培训,主要针对低年资护士进行多模式感控干预策略培训,以保障其干预策略的实施,有效减少多重耐药菌医院感染发生率,从而保障ICU患者健康安全。
Objective To study prevention and control measures executive ability for multidrug-resistant bacteria infection of ICU nurses,to provide effective clinical basis for reducing infection rate of multidrug-resistant bacteria in ICU.Methods The paper chose 60 ICU nurses in our hospital from January to December in 2019 with random sampling method,and carried on self-designed questionnaire survey.Mastery of prevention and control measures and influencing factors was analyzed.Results Survey on multi-mode sensory control intervention strategy showed,average scores of the strategy were(27.60±4.80),which were in qualified category;univariate analysis showed influencing factors included nursing supervision,multimodal training,attention level,nursing human resource allocation,ICU working time and different seniority of nurses,(P<0.05);multivariate analysis showed:nursing supervision(OR=0.18),attention level(OR=0.13),nursing human resources allocation(OR=0.12),and multi-mode control training(OR=0.24)had significant effect on multi-mode intervention strategy for nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen executive ability of ICU nurses for multi drug resistant bacteria infection prevention and control measures,improve relevant knowledge training,carry out multi-mode infection control intervention strategy training for junior nurses,to ensure implementation of intervention strategy,reduce incidence of multi drug resistant bacteria nosocomial infection effectively,and ensure health and safety of ICU patients.
