低镁资源作为烧结熔剂的工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高低镁资源在烧结中的使用比例,解决低镁资源作为烧结熔剂时的质量波动问题,本文通过实验室烧结杯试验,考察熔剂种类、碱度、MgO配比、配碳量对低镁资源作为烧结熔剂时烧结矿质量的影响。结果表明:在相同工艺条件下,使用低镁资源代替原烧结熔剂中的白云石对烧结矿质量影响较小;最佳工艺条件(原料碱度为2.0,MgO配比为1.6%,配碳量为5.0%)下烧结矿转鼓强度与成品率分别达到74.24%和86.41%;且最佳工艺条件下,白互、低镁白云石按配比为2.8∶3.9配矿使用,总用量达到每吨烧结矿76.11 kg,低镁利用率提高33%。 In order to increase the proportion of low-magnesium resources used in sintering flux and to solve the problem of quality fluctuations caused when low-magnesium resources are used as sintering fluxes, the type of flux, alkalinity, MgO content, and carbon content are investigated through laboratory sintering cup tests.The laboratory sintering cup test is used to investigate the influence of flux type, alkalinity, MgO ratio, and carbon content on the sinter quality when low magnesium resources are used as sintering flux.The results show that under the same process conditions, the use of low-magnesium resources instead of dolomite in the original sintering flux has little effect on the quality of the sinter.Under the best process conditions(when the basicity of the raw material is 2.0,the proportion of MgO is 1.6%,and the proportion of carbon is 5.0%),the drum strength and yield of the lower sinter drum reach 74.24% and 86.41% respectively;while under the best process conditions, Baihu and low-magnesium dolomite are used according to the ratio of 2.8∶3.9,and the total amount reaches 76.11 kg per ton of sinter, and the low-magnesium utilization rate is increased by 33%.
