摘要
为降低烧结矿生产成本,新钢烧结实验室对熟熔剂逐步代替生熔剂进行了试验研究。研究结果表明:当轻烧白云石配比为0%,生石灰配比从0%提高到6.9%时,燃料配比从5.1%下降到4.5%,垂直烧结速度和利用系数分别从16.43 mm/min、1.09 t/(m^2·h)提高到22.13 mm/min和1.37 t/(m^2·h),成品率和转鼓强度分别从80.23%、74.20%下降到76.71%和71.25%,固体燃料消耗从57.15 kg/t-s下降到52.43 kg/t-s;当轻烧白云石配比为0%,生石灰配比为4.7%时,垂直烧结速度、转鼓强度和利用系数与基准相当,燃料用量略有升高,烧结矿品位从55.06%提高到55.36%,成品率从76.87%提高到78.44%,RDI+3.15 mm从55.35%提高到62.83%。由于白云石比轻烧白云石明显便宜,经成本测算,采用方案3可降本1.42元/t-s;当生石灰配比为0%,轻烧白云石配比分别为0%、4.7%和7.1%时,成品率和转鼓强度与基准相比均有所升高,但垂直烧结速度和利用系数明显下降,且燃料配比和固体燃料消耗明显升高。故与生石灰相比,轻烧白云石对提高烧结矿产、质量指标较弱,且轻烧白云石价格较高导致熔剂成本增加,可停止使用轻烧白云石,保持生石灰用量。
The experimental research on replacing raw flux with roasted flux is conducted in Xinsteel sintering laboratory in order to reduce the production cost of sinter.The results show that,when the lightly-burned dolomite is 0%and the quick lime is increased from 0%to 6.9%,the ratio of fuel is declined from 5.1%to 4.5%,the vertical sintering speed and productivity are increased from 16.43 mm/min,1.09 t/(m^2·h)to 22.13 mm/min and 1.37 t/(m^2·h)respectively,the product yield and tumbler index are decreased from 80.23%,74.20%to 76.71%and 71.25%respectively,the solid fuel consumption is declined from 57.15 kg/t-s to 52.43 kg/t-s.When the lightly-burned dolomite is 0%and the ratio of quick lime is 4.7%(scheme 3),the vertical sintering speed,tumbler index and productivity are equivalent to the benchmark,the solid fuel consumption is slightly higher,the sinter grade is increased from 55.06%to 55.36%,the product yield increases from 76.87%to 78.44%,and the RDI+3.15 mm increases from 55.35%to 62.83%.As the dolomite is obvious cheaper than the lightly-burned dolomite,the cost can be reduced by 1.42 Yuan/t-s by adopting scheme 3 according to the cost estimate.When the quick lime ratio is 0%,and the ratio of lightly-burned dolomite is respectively 0%,4.7%and 7.1%,the product yield and tumbler index are somewhat higher than the benchmark,while the vertical sintering speed and productivity decrease obviously,and the fuel ratio and solid fuel consumption increase obviously.Compared with the quick lime,the lightly-burned dolomite is weak to improve the sinter output and quality indexes,and as the lightly-burned dolomite is expensive,the cost of flux would be increased.Therefore,the use of lightly-burned dolomite can be cancelled,and the consumption of quick lime can be retained.
