摘要
本文研究了珊瑚礁质石灰石和大理石质石灰石对铁矿烧结的制粒特性、成矿特性以及烧结指标的影响。研究结果表明:与大理石质石灰石相比,珊瑚礁质石灰石孔隙率更高,与铁矿的反应性更好,液相生成能力强,致使其适宜的粒度略粗,烧结适宜水分略有提高,垂直烧结速度和利用系数均增大,分别由25.98 mm/min、1.56 t/(m^2·h)提高到27.85 mm/min、1.81 t/(m^2·h),成品率和转鼓强度也略有改善。
The effects of the coral reef limestone and marble limestone on granulation characteristics, mineralization proper- ties and sintering indexes of iron ore sintering were systematically studied. The results show that, compared with the marble lime- stone, the porosity rate of coral reef is high, its reactivity with iron ores is good, and its capability of producing liquid phase is strong. When using coral reef limestone as sintering flux,its appropriate size tends to be coarser, the appropriate moisture content in sintering mixture is somewhat increased, and the vertical sintering speed rises from 25.98 mm/min to 27.85 mm/min, the pro- ductivity raises from 1.56 t/( m2· h) to 1.81 t/( m2·h), and the product yield and tumbler strength are somewhat improved.
