摘要
针对越钢烧结矿成品率低、强度差的问题,进行了大幅度提高烧结矿MgO含量的研究。结果证明,在高硅(SiO215%),低铁(TFe49.0%),全粉矿烧结条件下,保持烧结矿CaO/SiO2=1.6左右,(CaO+MgO)/SiO2g=2.0左右,MgO=5.5%~9.0%,可克服风化现象,显著提高烧结矿质量,获得强度高(转鼓指数75%以上),还原性好(FeO8%),成品率达到80%的高镁优质烧结矿。
The experimental study of increasing the MgO content to a large extent was conducted to solve those problems in the sinter production in Yuezhou I & S Works, such as low product yield ,poor sinter strength. The results have shown that during the sintering of all ore fines with high SiO2(15%) and low TFe(49. 0%) contents the sinter weathering phenomenon could be eliminated and the sinter quality improved obviously, if the followiong conditions were kept: CaO/SiO2 = 1. 6, (CaO+ MgO)/SiO2=2. 0 . MgO= 5. 5% ̄ 9. 0%. As a result. high MgO sinter with high strength (tumbler index above 75%) and high reducibility(FeO= 8%) can be produced with the yield as high as 80%.
