添加山豆根多糖对吉富罗非鱼生长性能及生理生化指标的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Sophora Subprosrate Polysaccharide on Growth Performance, Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of GIFT Strains of Nile Tilapia(Oreochromis Niloticus)

摘要 在前期研究基础上,选取最佳药物剂量2 g/kg的山豆根多糖(Sophora subprosrate polysaccharide,SSP)添加到罗非鱼饲料中,验证该剂量山豆根多糖对罗非鱼的生长性能及生理生化指标的作用效果。将罗非鱼分为山豆根多糖组(在饲料中添加2 g/kg的山豆根多糖)、黄芪多糖对照组(在饲料中添加20 mg/kg的黄芪多糖)和空白对照组(投喂罗非鱼基础饲料)。每组3个生物学重复,每个重复100尾罗非鱼,连续养殖30 d后,对各试验组罗非鱼的生长性能、血液生理生化指标及血清和肝脏的抗氧化指标进行测定。结果显示,山豆根多糖组罗非鱼的增重率和特定生长率极显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01);山豆根多糖组罗非鱼血液中淋巴细胞比率(LYMPH)极显著高于空白对照组(P<0.01),且和黄芪多糖对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);山豆根多糖组罗非鱼血清中白蛋白(ALB)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平显著低于其他试验组(P<0.05),且其谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平与空白对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);与空白对照组相比,山豆根多糖组极显著提高了罗非鱼血清和肝脏中过氧化物酶(POD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)的活性(P<0.01)。试验说明,2 g/kg的山豆根多糖添加到饲料中投喂30 d,能有效促进罗非鱼的生长,并通过增加淋巴细胞比例、提高过氧化物酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性来增强机体免疫功能。 On the basis of previous studies,Sophora subprosrate polysaccharide(SSP) with the best drug dose of 2 g/kg was added to the tilapia feed to verify the effects of this dose on the growth performance,physiological and biochemical indexes of tilapia.Tilapias were divided into Sophora subprosrate polysaccharide group(adding 2 g/kg SSP to the feed),astragalus polysaccharide control group(adding 20 mg/kg astragalus polysaccharide to the feed) and blank control group(feeding tilapia basic feed).There were three biological replicates in each group,with 100 tilapia per replicate.After continuous culture for 30 days,the growth performance,blood physiological and biochemical indexes,antioxidant indexes of serum and liver of tilapia in each experimental group were measured.The results showed that the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of tilapia in Sophora subprosrate polysaccharide group were significantly higher than those in blank control group(P<0.01);the lymphocyte ratio of tilapia blood in Sophora subprosrate polysaccharide group was significantly higher than that in blank control group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference compared with astragalus polysaccharide control group(P>0.05);the levels of albumin and alkaline phosphatase in tilapia serum in Sophora subprosrate polysaccharide group were significantly lower than those in other experimental groups(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the level of alanine aminotransferase between Sophora subprosrate polysaccharide group and blank control group(P>0.05);compared with the blank control group,the activities of peroxidase and glutathione peroxidase in tilapia serum and liver were significantly increased in the Sophora subprosrate polysaccharide group(P<0.01).It showed that adding 2 g/kg SSP to the feed for 30 days could effectively promote the growth of pond tilapia,and enhance the immune function by increasing the proportion of lymphocytes and the activities of peroxidase and glutathione peroxidase.
