摘要
目的建立大气PM_(2.5)中铵离子的超声提取-连续流动分析测定方法。方法将石英滤膜采集大气PM_(2.5)中铵离子前用超纯水超声浸洗30 min的方式进行预处理,采集后的滤膜取1/4剪碎后经超纯水于25℃超声提取30 min,提取液以0.45μm亲水性PTEE滤膜过滤,采用连续流动分析仪测定。结果铵离子的质量浓度在0.02~5.00 mg/L内与其峰高呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 9。当采样体积为138 m^(3)时,检出限为0.01μg/m^(3),测定下限为0.04μg/m^(3)。以空白滤膜为基体进行加标回收试验,所得回收率为96.5%~101.2%,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)为0.2%~1.8%。结论该方法灵敏度高,准确性好,检出限低,操作简单,适用于大气PM_(2.5)中铵离子的批量检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ammonium ion in atmospheric PM_(2.5) by ultrasonic extraction-continuous flow analysis. Methods The quartz filter membrane was pretreated by ultrasonic immersion in ultrapure water for 30 minutes before collecting samples of ammonium ion in atmospheric PM_(2.5). A quarter of the collected filter membrane was cut into small pieces and ultrasonically extracted with ultrapure water at 25 ℃ for 30 minutes. Extract was filtered by 0.45 μm hydrophilic PTFE membrane and measured by continuous flow analyzer. Results Linear relationship between values of peak height and mass concentration of ammonium ion was kept in the range of 0.02-5.00 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient was0.999 9. The detection limit and the lower limit of the method was 0.01 and 0.04 μg/m^(3) respectively,when the sampling volume was 138 m^(3). On the base of blank filter membrane,test for recovery was made by standard addition method,and the values of recovery found were in the range of 96.5%-101.2%,with the relative standard deviation(n=6) of determined values was 0.2%-1.8%.Conclusion This method has high sensitivity,good accuracy,low detection limit and simple operation. It is suitable for batch detection of ammonium ions in atmospheric PM_(2.5).
