摘要 【目的】建立一种离子色谱法用于测定环境空气颗粒物(PM2.5)中铵离子含量。【方法】利用石英纤维滤膜采集获得的环境空气PM2.5样本,滤膜经纯水超声浸提预处理,将浸提液制备测定样本,采用离子色谱法测定样本中的铵离子含量。选用抑制型电导检测器,CS16阳离子分析柱,20%甲基磺酸作为淋洗液,相对保留时间定性,以峰面积定量。测定铵离子含量的过程中引入不确定度。【结果】铵离子在0~50.0mg/L范围内r=0.9997,方法精密度高(RSD在0%~0.51%之间),检出限为0.13mg/L,测定下限为0.52mg/L。【结论】该法操作简便,无干扰离子影响,可用于国家空气污染(雾霾)对人群健康影响监测的专项调查。 [Objective]To evaluate an ion chromatography method for the determination of ammonium ion in ambient air particulate matter(PM2.5).[Methods]The samples of ambient air particles(PM2.5)were collected from the silica fiber filter membrane.The ammonium ions were extracted by ultrasonic extraction and the content of ammonium ions in the samples was tested by ion chromatography.An inhibitory conductivity detector,CS16 cation analysis column and 20%methanesulfonic acid as the fluent were selected for determination.The relative retention time was qualitatively determined and the peak area quantified.Uncertainty was used in the determination of ammonium ion content.[Results]The ammonium ion was in the range of 0-50 mg/L(r=0.9997).The precision of the method was high(RSD 0%-0.51%).The detection limit was 0.13 mg/L and the lower limit 0.52 mg/L.[Conclusion]Ion chromatography method is easy to operate without the influence of interfering ions,and can be used in special investigation of health influence on population threatened by the national air pollution(fog haze).
