摘要
目的制订并应用医学生听力健康信念量表,评价其信度和效度。方法根据健康信念理论模型构建医学生听力损失量表,经专家咨询和预调查确定最终调查量表。采用整群抽样的方法,选取某大学医学院一至四年级的所有专业共2100名学生作为研究对象,评价量表的信度和效度。结果共收回2033份有效问卷,量表包含感知到的疾病易感性、感知到的疾病严重性、感知到的行为转变的好处、感知到的行为转变的障碍、自我效能和行为线索共6个维度45个条目。总量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.870,分半信度为0.927。采用主成分分析法提取出6个公因子,因子累积贡献率为64.395%,所有条目的因子载荷值均>0.4。结论该量表具有较好的信度、效度,可以作为医学生听力健康信念的筛查与评价工具。
Objective To formulate and apply the hearing health belief scale for medical students,and evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods According to the theory model of health belief,a medical student'hearing loss scale was constructed.After experts consultation and pre-investigation,the final scale was determined.Cluster sampling was used to investigate the reliability and validity of the scale among a total of 2100 students from all majors of medical school.Results 2033 valide questionnaires were collected.The scale includes 45 items in six dimensions:perceived disease susceptibility,perceived disease severity,perceived benefit of behavior change,perceived obstacle to behavior change,self-efficacy and behavior clues.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.870,and the split-half reliability was 0.927.Six common factors were extracted by principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 64.395%.The factor loading values of all items were greater than 0.4.Conclusions The scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a screening and evaluation tool for medical students'hearing health belife.
