摘要
目的评价中文完整版灵性需求问卷(Spiritual Needs Questionnaire,SPNQ)在慢性心力衰竭患者中应用的信效度,为调查慢性心力衰竭患者灵性需求现状提供严谨测评工具。方法采用便利抽样,于2019年3—8月选取十堰市太和医院心血管内科168例慢性心力衰竭患者进行问卷调查,对调查结果进行信效度检验。采用Cronbachα系数、重测信度进行评价;效度采用内容效度指数、探索性因子分析进行测评。结果中文完整版灵性需求问卷各条目的内容效度(item-content validity index,I-CVI)值为0.85~1.00,总量表的内容效度(scale content validity index,S-CVI)值为0.875,探索性因子分析共提取6个因子,方差累计贡献率67.568%,问卷效度较好;总问卷Cronbachα系数分别为0.924,各维度Cronbachα系数0.671~0.939,总问卷重测信度0.903,表明问卷信度甚佳。结论中文完整版灵性需求量表在慢性心力衰竭患者中应用信效度较好,可作为评估慢性心力衰竭患者灵性需求情况的有效工具。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the Spiritual Needs Questionnaire(SPNQ)in patients with chronic heart failure,and to provide an scientific assessment tool for the spiritual needs of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 168 patients with chronic heart failure from the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine,Taihe Hospital of Shiyan City from March to August 2019 to conduct a questionnaire survey with the Chinese version of SPNQ and the reliability and validity of the survey results were tested.Results The item-content validity index(I-CVI)value of each item of the questionnaire ranged from 0.85 to 1.00,and the content validity index(S-CVI)value was 0.875.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 6 factors.Cumulative contribution rate of variance was 67.568%,indicating good validity.Cronbachαcoefficient of the total questionnaire was 0.924,and that of each dimension ranged from 0.671 to 0.939.The total questionnaire was retested,showing good reliability of 0.903.Conclusion With good reliability and validity,the Chinese version of SPNQ can be used as an effective tool to assess the spiritual needs of patients with chronic heart failure.
