摘要
目的:评估在HIIT(联合Tabata)后男性鸢尾素浓度和身体组成的变化。方法:训练组(HIIT)(n=15)按照Tabata方案进行8周的训练,而久坐组(Sedentary)(n=10)在同一时间段内不参与健身活动,八周训练后,运用分级运动试验(GXT)评估训练前后鸢尾素和身体成分的变化。结果:训练导致HIIT组的血鸢尾素浓度增加(29.7%;P<0.05),体脂百分比降低(PRE:14.44±3.33%;POST:13.61±3.16%;P<0.05),而在久坐组中未观察到变化。结论:HIIT可提高血液中鸢尾素的浓度,降低脂肪含量;HIIT可能加速基础代谢,此效应可用于预防或治疗肥胖症。
Objective:To assess changes in male irisin concentration and body composition after HIIT(combined Tabata).Methods:Training group(HIIT)(n=15)HIIT,for 8 weeks according to the programme The sedentary group(Sedentary)(n=10)did not participate in fitness activities during the same time period.Before and after eight weeks of training,graded exercise tests(GXT)assessed changes in irisin and body composition.Results:Training resulted in the increase of irisin concentration in HIIT group(29.7%;P<0.05),and the percentage of body fat decreased(PRE:14.44±3.33%;POST:13.61±3.16%;P<0.05);There was no change in sedentary group.Conclusion:HIIT can increase the concentration of irisin in blood and reduce the fat content;HIIT may accelerate basal metabolism,which can be used to prevent or treat obesity.
