摘要
工业上以天然羊毛脂为原料提取胆固醇的皂化反应通常在高压釜中进行,针对此过程存在反应时间长和安全风险高等问题,利用管道化反应器在线反应量小、维护成本低和传热传质效率高的特点,提出了安全、高效和可控的羊毛脂管道化皂化反应工艺,优化后的工艺条件为反应温度160℃、反应压力1.40 MPa、停留时间40 min,该条件下皂化收率为99.3%。皂化产物经过分离提纯可得到胆固醇、羊毛酸和羊毛醇,再将其中羊毛酸和羊毛醇通过酯化反应,再经过脱酸脱色处理后得到精制羊毛脂产品,从而获得更大的经济效益。
Lanolin is used as a raw material to extract cholesterol through saponification reaction in industry,which is usually carried out in an autoclave with problems of long reaction time and high security risk. The tubular reactor was proposed due to its advantages of small reaction volume, low maintenance cost and high heat and mass transfer efficiency. Therefore, a safe, efficient and controllable pipelined saponified lanolin process was developed. The optimized process conditions were: the reaction temperature 160℃, the reaction pressure 1.40 MPa, the stay time 40 minutes, and the saponification yield of lanolin is 99.3%. The saponification product could be separated and purified to obtain cholesterol, wool acid and lanonol. The wool acid and lanonol were esterified to synthesize lanolin, and the refined lanolin product was obtained after deacidification and decolorization to create greater economic benefits.
