摘要
体系粘度是影响微观混合质量的重要因素。文章在粘度为0.001—0.077 Pa.s的甘油-水溶液中采用碘化钾-碘酸钾平行竞争反应研究搅拌釜中粘性体系的微观混合状况,分析泛能式桨的混合能力。结果表明:随着体系粘度的增加,微观混合效果变差;搅拌转速增加,微观混合效果变好。粘性体系内微观混合质量受到“涡旋卷吸”与“分子扩散”的共同影响。低粘条件下,二叶平桨混合效果优于泛能式桨;粘度增大,单位体积功增大时泛能式桨微观混合效果优于二叶平桨。
The micromixing behavior in viscous media in tanks was studied by Iodide-Iodate reaction system in glycerin-water mixtures with viscosities from 0.001 Pa · s to 0.077 Pa · s and the micromixing capability of fullzone agitator was examined. The results indicate that micromixing condition becomes worse at higher viscosity and lower rotation speed of agitator and becomes better at higher rotation speed of agitator. The micromixing condition in viscous system is determined by both engulfment and molecular diffusion. In lower viscosity, the capability of paddle impeller is better than full-zone agitator. In higher viscosity and higher power dissipation rate per unit mass, micromixing ability of full-zone is better than paddle impeller.
