摘要
工业互联网技术与信息技术加速融合,给工业的增效提质扩展了新的领域、新的空间。而随着VR/AR技术的发展,智能人机交互系统给工业生产中的典型场景提供了全新的体验。提出了建立基于工业互联网的创新性智能人机交互系统,将已有的VR/AR技术、工业互联网技术结合人机交互的特点进行升级迭代,达到平台和VR/AR工具的融合集成。这种新型的平台具备专家知识系统,可以提供面向研发设计、装配、检测、运维、管理、培训的智能交互解决方案,更好地服务企业的业务流、数据流管理,促进企业提质增效。
The integration of industrial Internet technology and information technology had accelerated,which has expanded new fields and new space for the efficiency and quality improvement of industry.With the development of VR/AR technology,intelligent human-computer interaction system provided a new experience for typical scenes in industrial production.This paper proposes to establish an innovative intelligent human-computer interaction system based on industrial Internet.The existing VR/AR technology and industrial Internet technology are combined with the characteristics of human-computer interaction to achieve the integration of platform and VR/AR tools.The new platform had expert knowledge system,which can provide intelligent interactive solutions for R&D design,assembly,testing,operation and maintenance,management and training.It can better serve the business flow and data flow management of enterprises,and promote the quality and efficiency of enterprises.
