摘要
装备制造业智能化转型升级受到众多因素的综合影响,且这些因素的影响方式、组合形态等决定着智能化转型升级成功与否。本文运用多案例扎根方法,归纳出市场定制、智能制造技术、互联互通、智能管理平台、研发投入和创新营销等6个影响装备制造业智能化转型升级的主要因素,并探究了6个因素对智能化转型升级的作用机理,构建了相应的理论模型。运用模糊集定性比较分析方法,发现存在4种导致装备制造业智能化转型升级的因素组态,其中智能管理平台出现在所有4个组态之中,表明其对智能化转型升级具有重要影响;同时,在4个因素组态中,互联互通、智能制造技术和研发投入三个核心因素之间存在着互替性关系。研究结论为推动我国装备制造业智能化转型升级提供了路径参考和策略借鉴。
The intelligent transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry is comprehensively affected by many factors,and the influence mode and combination form of these factors determine the success of intelligent transformation and upgrading.Using the method of multi case rooting,this paper summarizes six main factors that affect the intelligent transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry,such as market customization,intelligent manufacturing technology,interconnection,intelligent management platform,R&D investment and innovation marketing,explores the mechanism of the six factors on the intelligent transformation and upgrading,and constructs the corresponding theoretical model.Using the fsQCA,it is found that there are four factor configurations that lead to the intelligent transformation and upgrading of equipment manufacturing industry.Among them,the intelligent management platform appears in all four configurations,indicating that it has an important impact on the intelligent transformation and upgrading;At the same time,among the four factor configurations,there is an interactive relationship among the three core factors of interconnection,intelligent manufacturing technology and R&D investment.The research conclusion provides path reference and strategy reference for promoting the intelligent transformation and upgrading of China's equipment manufacturing industry.
