摘要
为了提高煤矿安全生产水平,煤矿生产少人化或无人化成为煤矿企业发展的共识。本文研制了一种煤矿胶带机器人无线充电系统,通过充电信号和通信信号耦合的方式,设计了由无线通信基站与无线通信模块组成的无线充电系统,解决了煤矿井下胶带机器人无线充电的问题。煤矿胶带机器人无线充电系统实现了机器人自行判断是否需要充电,如需要充电,自动寻找充电点并入位开始充电,充电完成后进行自动巡检,整个过程不需要人工干预,在电源供给方面保证了机器人全天候运行及免维护,实现了自动化运行。
In order to improve the safety production level of coal mines,less or unmanned operation in pro⁃duction of coal mines has become the consensus of the development of coal mine enterprises.In this paper,a wireless charging system for coal mine belt robot is developed.Through the coupling of charging signal and communication signal,a wireless charging system composed of wireless communication base station and wireless communication module is designed to solve the problem of wireless charging of coal mine belt robot.The wireless charging system of coal mine belt robot enables the robot to judge whether itself needs charg⁃ing.If the robot needs charging,it will automatically find the charging point and align itself to start charg⁃ing.After charging,it will automatically start patrol inspection.The whole process does not need any manu⁃al intervention.In terms of power supply,the wireless charging system ensures the all-weather operation and maintenance free of the robot,and realizes the automatic operation of the robot.
