摘要
悬挂式单轨是一种高架敷设的中低运量单轨制式,列车悬挂于轨道梁下,车轮沿着轨道梁内部空间走行,具有安全、造价低、施工周期短、占地少、全天候运行、适应性强等优点。然而,国内已建成的悬挂式单轨仅有几条试验线,相关研究较少。通过对比分析6条国内外已建成的悬挂式单轨线路,结合国内5.5 t轴重车辆参数,对钢箱轨道梁和钢桁轨道梁进行分析,推荐采用钢箱轨道梁。其中,25 m跨度钢箱轨道梁顶板厚26 mm、底板厚30 mm、腹板厚24 mm,竖向加劲肋间距1.6 m。并对销轴连接、支座连接两种梁端吊点进行比较分析,给出这两种吊点的力学性能及适用范围。
Suspended monorail is a kind of elevated monorail system with medium and low traffic volume.Trains are suspended under the guide beam and wheels run along the internal space of the guide beam.It has advantages including safety,low cost,short construction period,less land occupation,all-weather operation and strong adaptability.However,there are only a few test lines of suspended monorail in China,and the related research is less.This paper made a comparative analysis of the six suspended monorail cases that have been built.Combined with the domestic vehicle parameters of 5.5 t axle load,the steel box track beam and steel truss track beam were analyzed and studied.Steel box track beam with the roof thickness of 26 mm,bottom thickness of 30 mm,web thickness of 24 mm and vertical stiffening rib spacing of 1.6 m was recommended.Finally,through the comparative analysis of pinned plate connection and bearing connection,the mechanical property and application range of these two hanging points were determined.
